Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to Her Motions Gift Cards purchased via our website on hermotions.nl (Her Motions online Gift Card). By purchasing Her Motions Gift Cards, you accept these terms and conditions. Her Motions reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted at hermotions.nl.
Her Motions Gift Cards may be used at hermotions.nl for country's within Europe. You can use the Her Motions Gift Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by Her Motions Gift Cards you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. The invoice will always show the balance of the Her Motions Gift Cards used in the transaction. In addition, you can always request your current balance by contacting customer service.
2. Payment
When you order your Her Motions Gift Cards online, you can complete the payment with iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna or Bancontact.
3. Delivery
We aim to send the Her Motions Gift Card to the chosen recipient's email address the day of order or after 1 workday after the purchase is complete.
If you order a Her Motions e-Gift Card you are obligated to provide a correct email address for delivery. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed Her Motions reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the Her Motions Gift Cards.
4. Validity
Each online purchase of Her Motions Gift Cards is limited to a maximum value of €150. The online minimum value for Her Motions Gift Cards is €15.
Her Motions Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of the purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the Her Motions Gift Cards cannot be used for purchase, reactivated nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.
The Her Motions Gift Cards can be used once or until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card reaches zero or the card code is used once, the Her Motions Gift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
5. Return
If you paid for your order with two different payment methods, you'll receive a refund on your second payment method first. For example, if you paid for your order with gift card and Paypal, we will first refund you on Paypal. If the value of articles you returned exceed the amount paid with credit card, the rest will be refunded in the form of e-gift card.
The H&M e-Merchandise Card will be sent to you by email when the return is complete. As long as the return is made within the 14-day return period.
6. Returns Guarantee
You have a 14 days return period (beginning the day after delivery of your order) to cancel your order of Her Motions Gift Cards purchased online and receive a full refund.
If you wish to return the Her Motions Gift Cards, please contact Customer Service.
7. Limited Liability
Her Motions cannot be held liable for Her Motions Gift Cards once send, which subsequently are lost, stolen or inactivated.
Treat your Her Motions Gift Cards as cash.
8. Privacy Policy
Her Motions, is acting as the party responsible for all personal data that you provide Her Motions with. Her Motions therefore has a Privacy Policy outlining how your personal data will be processed and protected. You will find our Privacy Policy in full here.
