Not satisfied with your product? Get your money back!

Of course I hope that all my products are loved by my customers, but unfortunately it doesn't always have to be that way.
You have the right to return the products within 14 days after receiving it.

How does it work?

Step 1
Let me know as soon as possible (within the period of fourteen days) that you want to cancel your purchase.
Please mention your name, address, bank account number and the reason why you want to cancel the purchase in an e-mail to info@hermotions.nl.

Step 2 
Send back our products, unused and undamaged, within 14 days. If the products are used or damaged you will not get your money back.
The products must be shipped with track&trace code. I would like to receive this code by e-mail as well.
Pack the products securely. Shipping costs are for the buyer.

When I receive the products I will pay you back as soon as possible on the given bank account number.
You will receive the amount you spent on the products, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days.

Pay attention: Digital/downloaded products can not be returned.
